FUSION SPHERE SDN. BHD. is situated in the picturesque city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our founding mission is to “enable everyone to experience the joy that technology brings.” We offer a wide range of electronic products—including mobile phones, computers, cameras, and drones—as well as various accessories. Furthermore, we procure a diverse array of branded products directly from manufacturers at preferential rates, passing the resulting cost savings on to our valued customers.

Our physical retail store is scheduled to open in 2026 in the Sri Hartamas district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In addition to our retail operations, we maintain dedicated warehousing facilities responsible for product storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Currently, alongside our brick-and-mortar initiatives, we are actively engaged in online sales through our proprietary website, “FUSION SPHERE” (https://tagsoo.com).

Our warehouse boasts a strategic location, situated less than an hour’s drive from major transportation arteries, thereby significantly reducing delivery times. The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 48 hours, utilizing delivery methods such as postal services, UPS express shipping, or—for larger items—specialized local courier services within Malaysia.
